The Italian government's Super Green Pass system, which excludes the unvaccinated from COVID19 from many social, cultural and recreational activities, went into effect on Monday and is expected to remain in effect until the 15th. January.

A regular Green Pass can be obtained with a negative COVID19 test but it is only valid for a few days.
In addition, the basic Green Pass also requires local public transport as it was made mandatory on Monday for inter-regional train travel and domestic flights.
